Project-Based Services (One-Time Setups)

Deposit Payments: All setup projects require an upfront deposit (typically 30–50%). This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your project and covers early-stage research, planning, and resource allocation.

Refund Eligibility:
If no substantial work has commenced and you request cancellation within 3 business days of payment, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. -
No Refund After Work Begins:
Once the design, planning, or implementation has begun, the project is considered active, and refunds will not be issued.
Monthly Subscriptions (Ongoing Support/Management)
These include monthly automation management, workflow support, data analytics reporting, or AI monitoring services.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your monthly plan anytime with 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle. We will not charge further after the cancellation notice takes effect. -
No Partial Refunds:
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or services during an active billing period. -
Upgrades/Downgrades:
Subscription changes will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Tools and Licenses
If your package includes integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Make.com, Monday.com, Google Workspace):

Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
